Deliveries
Our online orders may take a longer time to deliver than usual.
We follow all norms of physical distancing as per the official guidelines given by WHO. Utmost care is taken by our team to handle each parcel. Our team members work at minimum distance of 2 meters from one another, wear protective gloves, and practice all recommended measures of sanitisation.
We make sure to deliver the parcels at your doorstep by the safest possible way.
Returns
We understand the constraints and challenges we are facing and how difficult it would be to return parcels at this time. So we have extended our returns policy to help with this. Items purchased online on or after 1st March 2020 may now be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving them.
