- All our products go through a quality check, and we hope you never have a reason to return your purchase. However, if you are not happy with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, feel free to let us know, and we will do whatever it takes to make things right. Contact us by clicking here, and we will share how to make your exchange/return quick and painless. Alternatively, please email us at hello@raamae.com or browse the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of the website to initiate an exchange/return.
- We have a 7-day return/exchange policy applicable as below:
- All purchased items(except the ones mentioned below) are eligible for exchange/return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items in accessories, which include journals, yoga bags, pouches, burlap tote bags and headbands, are not eligible for returns unless received damaged or defective.
- Items are to be returned to their original packaging with tags intact.
- Used or washed items are not eligible for exchange/return
- The exchange can be done with any other in-stock item of the same or higher value
- Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code other than the 10% first purchase code are not eligible for returns/exchange unless the received item has a manufacturing defect or has been delivered broken.
- For items that are received damaged or have manufacturing defects, an email is to be sent to hello@raamae.com or WhatsApp at +919915599615 with an image of the item within 7 days of delivery to help us start the exchange process
- For items to be returned, the refund is issued on the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt and inspection of the goods at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm the refund initiation. Please remember that it may take 4-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- After receiving your exchange/return request, we will assign a courier partner for the pickup from your address. We will send you a shipping label to be pasted on the package before the designated courier person contacts you for the pickup.
- Once the package has been delivered to us and the product is found to be in satisfactory condition, we will ship a new item to your address.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Orders, once shipped, cannot be cancelled/amended
- Due to merchandise restrictions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for goods purchased from our stockists.
